One Thread
I was challenged to identify and help alleviate a real-life painpoint with my user, Adrien, in one week. To do so I needed to first get a sense of who Adrien was, and what the important things were in her life. One of the things that rose to the top was her family, specifically staying in touch with them as their now live across the country. What made communicating with them so challenging? How could this be solved in a simple design solution as to not alienate her less tech-savvy family members?
